Since February 22, 2017, ARMANCE ET APOLLINE has been under a project support contract (CAPE) at Astrolabe Conseil, SCOP A Limited Liability, whose head office is located at 17 rue Pasteur, Paris 11ème, registered at the Paris RCS. under number 451 866 750 00024.

ARTICLE 1. ACCEPTANCE AND CONDITIONS

ARTICLE 3. ORDERS

ARTICLE 5. METHOD OF PAYMENT

By credit card VISA-EUROCARD-MASTERCARD

ARTICLE 6. DELIVERY / AVAILABILITY

Shipping:

ARMANCE ET APOLLINE uses the products of the post office (Colissimo followed, registered package), against signature of the recipient or any specially mandated person.

The delivery time is 7 days maximum in Metropolitan France and European Union (except Saturday, Sunday and holidays). For other countries, the delay is according to the destination.

Any delays in delivery attributable to the carrier or Armance and Apolline in no way give the customer the right to claim damages.

Shipping costs:

Shipping costs correspond to the rates charged by La Poste according to the weight of the package and the destination.

For shipping outside the European Union, any taxes (local VAT, customs or import) may be billed upon arrival of the package to destination and will remain the responsibility of the Buyer.

The packaging is charged in addition to the shipping costs.

Damaged package:

The Customer must check the condition of his package in front of the carrier and make the necessary reservations to receive the latter if a problem is found (damaged package, open …)

After notification of these reservations, the Customer must contact ARMANCE ET APOLLINE by e-mail so that the Seller can take the necessary measures as soon as possible to take care of the return of the damaged item and send a similar product. type and price (the ARMANCE ET APOLLINE creations being unique).

In the absence of precise reservations on the delivery note, the goods will be considered as delivered in conformity.

Package not delivered:

ARTICLE 8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
